Rare ID of 7/22 Stockwell shooting victim surfaces

GQ’s October 2005 issue contained a much-overlooked article entitled “The Wrong Man”. While the article describes Menezes as a 27-year-old electrician, he is pictured in a photo ID that reads “Paulo Nakamashi Agente de Policia Federal matr. no 022.2243″. It is unclear whether this is the name of the person pictured, or if it is the name of the issuer of the identification. The signature is a much closer match to Jean Charles de Menezes than Paulo Nakamashi. If this is indeed Menezes’ signature, why is there no other printed reference to him?

As of this writing, a Google search for “Paulo Nakamashi” returns only 5 results.

I have been unable to locate the full article or photo id online and decided to make it available to other researchers.

May 2nd Update:

After a reader suggested that the ID is most likely a Brazillian passport, I was able to narrow my search and, luckily, I discovered an identical ID.

Fortunately, the nefarious individual pictured above is not likely to be a rogue Federal Agent. Good thing, since he’s one scarey little bastard.

This blog entry was not a total loss. To my knowledge, prior to this entry, Menezes’ Brazillian passport and the GQ article were not available online.

Inside this ZIP file you will find the entire architectural plans for the World Trade Center. This information was passed from a third party onto Steven Jones, and then onto me.

Excerpts from the letter sent to Dr. Jones:
“I was not sure if this information was available and I wanted to make sure that it first went to people who are well versed on the existing material. I have enclosed … the architectural plans of the WTC Complex in .TIFF format. I have also included the WTC Tower collapse … data that [we] compiled. My hope is that this can be posted on the appropriate websites and more people can make use of it. I would like to contribute my efforts where I can as I was on the … team working for Silverstein Group … in 2002.”

I’m glad this vital evidence can finally be put into the public domain where it belongs. Many thanks to this individual, and to Dr. Jones for passing this information onto me.

Timesonline.co.uk has released 5 video clips, which include the first published footage of Mohammed Atta and Ziad Jarrah together, in what is purported to be a martyrdom tape filmed in January of 2000. Other figures in the footage include Osama bin Laden and Ramzi Binalshibh.

The audio track is conspicuously absent in this release. Timesonline.co.uk quoted an unidentified U.S. source as saying that lip readers had been unable to decipher what the alleged hijackers were saying.

In addition to the lack of audio, the timestamp continues to roll while the video frame freezes and crossfades. The timestamp also shakes while the video footage is stationary. This indicates that the timestamp was applied after the video footage was shot and edited.

Both Atta and Jarrah appear to be ~20 pounds heavier than they appear in previously released videos and photos.

When one examines the dates on which many terror attacks have occurred, it becomes obvious that these dates not only show a pattern, but also appear to be chosen for political impact. Readers who wish to dismiss this blog entry as a wacky theory please note that I am not fascinated with numbers, however, it appears that the planners of these attacks are.

Consider the following historical dates:

• 12/11: Ramzi Yousef detonates a bomb on a Philipine flight to Tokyo
• 9/11: Airline attack on the United States
• 3/11: Madrid Train Bombings (911 days after 9/11/2001)
• 7/7: London Train/Bus Bombings
• 7/11: Mumbai India Train Bombings

In my piece entitled “Sears Tower: 60606” I pointed to speculation on behalf of myself and others that June 6th, 2006 or 6/6/6 was a date that terror plotters might find to be irresistible. Additionally, I pointed to two zip codes, which may also be of interest:

• 60606: Sears Tower
• 60666: Chicago’s O’Hare Airport

I’m the first to admit that I may have gotten a bit carried away when I noted that the Illinois lottery’s Pick Three numbers on 6/6/6 were 912. 9/12 is a term many researchers use to describe the next 9/11 attack. If I were to really go out on a limb I might speculate that this could have been a coded signal that the next 9/11 would take place in Illinois or more specifically in Chicago. Needless to say, this could only be made possible provided the terror plotters have the ability to fix the results of the lottery. I realize this seems like a stretch, but take into consideration that on the one-year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks the New York lottery results were 911.

With this in mind, I would like to point to another item of interest. On August 11th, 2006 (8/11), one month prior to the 5th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, the Illinois lottery results for the Pick Three and Pick Four were as follows:

• 999
• 0666

Does anyone else see a pattern?

This may be something to keep an eye on. The owners of Chicago’s John Hancock Building are considering selling the property. It’s the third-tallest skyscraper in Chicago and the fourth-tallest in the US.

Like the WTC and Sears Tower, the Hancock is loaded with asbestos, which is extremely costly to remove.

I recommend keeping a watchful eye for shadowy investors/purchasors.

Crain’s — The owner of the John Hancock Center is taking the first step toward putting the iconic Michigan Avenue skyscraper up for sale.

Shorenstein Properties LLC has hired New York real estate firm Eastdil Secured LLC to study options, including a possible sale, for the 100-story tower, a spokeswoman for the San Francisco-based investment company confirms. The move comes after San Francisco-based Shorenstein entertained offers from developers earlier this year for a hotel conversion of some of the building’s 888,500 square feet of office space.

“Once that evaluation comes in, Shorenstein will make a decision about whether to hold, to entertain these offers, to sell or whatever other possibilities the Eastdil report gives,” the spokeswoman says. The study is expected to be completed next month, she said.

Stephen J. Livaditis, senior managing director in the Chicago office of Eastdil Secured, declines comment.

The possible sale comes amid signs that the investment market for downtown office towers may be peaking.

“Evidence is mounting that the investment market is calming,” according to a report by New York real estate research firm Real Capital Analytics Inc., citing in part rising interest rates.

“With the frenzy subsiding, institutional buyers are no longer paying such a premium on their acquisitions,” the July report says.

And Hancock Center, built in 1970 and located at 875 N. Michigan Ave., may face its own unique challenges.

Largely because of the unraveling in 2003 of a key tenant, insurance brokerage Near North National Group Inc., about 17% of the Hancock’s office space is available, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group Inc.

Even so, because of strong retail rents and revenues from broadcast antennas and parking, the Hancock Center could sell for $350 million, some sources estimated.

“If it turns out that the building trades at $350 million, that would mandate that the buyer have a solution for the vacancy,” says Chicago developer J. Paul Beitler, who made an unsolicited bid to buy the Hancock earlier this year. “It’s a gemstone building, but an enigma to investors” because of its varied income streams.

One of developers who expressed interest in a hotel redevelopment says he isn’t surprised by the move.

“I would do the same if I were in their shoes,” says John W. Rutledge, chairman and CEO of Chicago-based Oxford Capital Group LLC. He says he remains interested in a deal, “whether it be with the current owner or a new owner, but only if the economics make sense.”

Shorenstein purchased the building in 1998, paying $220 million from the namesake insurance company, now a unit of Toronto-based Manulife Financial Corp.

As a part of the sale, Hancock retained naming rights under an agreement comes up for renewal in 2008.

Despite a weak office market along North Michigan Avenue, office rents only about for about a quarter of the building’s net operating income, some sources say. The building also includes nearly 152,900 square feet of retail space, a 23,900-square-foot observation deck, a 34,300-square-foot broadcast facility for the antennas on top of the tower, and a 716-car garage.

The potential Hancock sales comes just two months after Shorenstein completed the $470 million sale of Prudential Plaza, the 2-million-square-foot office complex overlooking Millennium Park. The company’s other Chicago asset is 500 W. Monroe St., a West Loop office tower.

While chatting with many researchers at the Chicago 9/11 conference, the topic of 6/06/06 was often bandied about. Most speculated that an attack on Chicago is possible on that day, specifically in the zip code 60606, the location of the Sears Tower.

During his presentation on Saturday, Jim Fetzer of Scholars for 9/11 Truth remarked that the perpetrators of 9/11 might find an attack on 06/06/06 to be “irresistible”. I have to agree with Dr Fetzer, especially when you consider the Madison Avenue type dates on which several recent attacks have taken place.

While I’m hesitant to “cry wolf” in respect to this speculation, I do agree there are several signs to be concerned with, here are a few that I find to be interesting…

• 06/06/06: the date in question, otherwise known as the “Mark of the Beast”
• 60606: Sears Tower’s zip code
• 60666: O’Hare Airport’s zip code
• Two investors from Larry Silverstein’s group that leased the WTC purchased the Sears Tower
• Kroll: provides security for the Sears Tower. After 9/11, Kroll purchased Convair who was responsible for recovering data from WTC hard drives. Kroll was acquired by Marsh, one of the companies directly impacted by “AA11″.
• Giuliani Capital Advisors LLC: Headquartered on the 53rd floor of the Sears Tower
Recent power outage in the Sears Tower, reminiscent of the WTC power-down Scott Forbes recalled on the weekend prior to 9/11
Recent power outage in the Loop (downtown Chicago)
Bomb sniffing dogs on the CTA that fail to detect explosives
• Last month, Chicago’s Mayor Daley visited Israel to study Israeli Security
• Last year Israel conducted the “Chicago” Pullout Drill
• Sears Tower is in the same asbestos abatement situation the WTC was in prior to 9/11
• June 4th, F-16s were making runs between Great Lakes Naval Base and downtown Chicago.
• The evening of June 4th and 5th, the top of the Sears Tower was lit up in red lighting.
• Consider how an attack on 6/6/6 could be used as a recruitment tool for the Christian far right.

Since my office is located a few blocks from the Sears Tower, I will be taking the 6th off. Call me paranoid.

June 7th…

It’s Wednesday and I’m happy to say that no spectacular events occurred on 06/06/06. For the most part, the day was marked by several major marketing campaigns and other strange occurrences. The mainstream media seemed to be having fun with the day; I managed to record over an hour and a half of news coverage on the subject.

Here’s a list of some what occurred, in no particular order…

• Ann Coulter published her book entitled “Godless”
• The Omen (remake) opened in theaters across the country
• Mortgage lending rates reached a 4 year high at 6.66%
• Churches in Evanston, a Chicago suburb, were spray painted with “666″
• A baby born at 6:06 AM (I’m sure there was more than one born, but one in particular became a “significant news story”)
• Rare rainbow in Spokane Washington (correction, this took place on the 5th)
• Bizarre dust storm in Arizona
• In baseball, the Angels played the Devil Rays

And my personal favorite…

• The Illinois Lottery was 912, which some have termed the next 9/11.

I’m not at all sorry I took the day off, but I’m kicking myself for not playing those numbers in the lottery.

911 Emergency Calls: NYPD Index

Since transcripts were only released for FDNY EMS and fire
service calls, I created an index for the NYPD 911 calls:

NYPD mp3s, click the filenames in the 2nd column to launch the
audio.

e.g. 8384427.mp3

Note that each mp3 contains several calls. It may be necessary
to scan through the mp3 to find the call you’d like to hear.

The files are available at:

While I didn’t transcribe the recordings verbatim, I did hand
code the beginning and ending times of the calls and calculated
duration. Also included are the operator, position, terminal,
tape and channel for the recording.

When available I included the building, floor and location in
addition to miscellaneous information gleaned from the call.

By default, the table is sorted by the call start time.
Other interesting columns to sort by are Bldg, Floor and End.

e.g. There are 3 instances where 2 calls end at the same time:

• 8:55:27
• 9:19:17
• 9:56:08

I haven’t reexamined the audio to see if the calls were dropped,
I’m just using this as an example.

When time permits I will create an index for each of the other
batches of 911 calls, eventually combining all tables into one.

In this update we will examine recognition of the exploding-mural-van incident by the Mineta Transportation Institute and compare their documentation to the NYPD “remote controlled plane” transmission. To my knowledge, this incident has only been documented by two sources, the NYPD radio transmissions and by the MTI. These are clearly conflicting accounts.

NYPD radio:

officer: “I got a message on that uh plane, it’s a big truck with a mural painted of a of a airplane diving into New York City and exploding [inaudible] know what’s in the truck, the truck is in between 6th and 7th on King Street“

officer: [inaudible] are you holding those two guys [inaudible] (kay?)

multiple voices/commotion: [inaudible] fucking beat the shit out of him.

[..]

multiple voices/commotion: [inaudible] fucking shit out of him [inaudible]

officer: all right listen you need any [inaudible] on those two guys over there? you all right over there kay?

officer: “we got both suspects under kay, we have the suspects who drive…drove in the van and that exploded we have both of them under kay let’s get some help over here”

By examining the NYPD transmissions we learn that two suspects detonated a mural-van-bomb and were captured. It’s clear that both were beaten by police and arrested.

MTI Report of 02/06:

In February of 2006, the Norman Y. Mineta International Institute for Surface Transportation Policy Studies (MTI) published their report entitled: “Saving City Lifelines: Lessons Learned in the 9-11 Terrorist Attacks”.

“There were continuing moments of alarm. A panel truck with a painting of a plane flying into the World Trade Center was stopped near the temporary command post. It proved to be rented to a group of ethnic Middle Eastern people who did not speak English. Fearing that it might be a truck bomb, the NYPD immediately evacuated the area, called out the bomb squad, and detained the occupants until a thorough search was made. The vehicle was found to be an innocent delivery truck.”

The MTI quote makes absolutely no mention of the truck exploding.

This report states that the truck was rented. Doesn’t the MTI find it interesting that middle eastern men rented a truck and painted it with a mural depicting an attack currently taking place blocks away? Why would someone paint a mural of WTC being attacked by planes on a rented van?

The fact that NYPD evacuated the area substantiates my hypothesis proposing there were numerous incidents occurring in lower Manhattan on 9/11; all designed to help clear the area of witnesses/cameras.

In my next update, I will focus on this van/truck, along with other suspicious vehicles in and around lower Manhattan on 9/11.

Lloyd England, whos name when included with the word “pentagon” returns zero results in google, told a reporter “The plane was so low it hit the light pole, and when it hit the pole it knocked the light part off and nothing came through the car but the pole itself.”

England’s claim comes at a time when the U.S. Government has been campaigning to reinforce the official story of 9/11. As I noted in a previous blog entry, the introduction of erroneous evidence in the Moussaoui sentencing trial coupled with a flood of books and film on the subject make it clear that this is a concerted effort designed to shape public opinion.

Of the four alleged planes involved in the attacks, flights 77 and 93 are the most heavily debated. With 9/11 truth reaching critical mass, it’s quite understandable that the 9/11 perps would attempt to shore up their version of events by any means neccessary. Too bad for them it’s quite obvious.

UPDATE

I am still having a hard time finding Lloyd England referenced in mainstream media. It’s as though he never existed. However, survivorsfundproject.org published the following:

Lloyd, Survivors’ Fund Project Survivor Story

Lloyd still keeps a torn dollar bill signed by a stranger and dated September 11, 2001. It marks a day he has struggled to survive for two years. But Lloyd’s story is different from most other Survivors’ Fund clients. His life and livelihood was changed by the path of Flight 77 before it hit the Pentagon.

Lloyd, 69, began the morning of September 11, 2001 like most days, driving his taxi cab. A passenger in Rosslyn told him what had happened at the World Trade Center so he turned on his radio and headed home. As he approached the Navy Annex, he saw a plane flying dangerously low overhead. Simultaneously, the plane struck a light pole and the pole came crashing down onto the front of Lloyd’s taxi cab, destroying the windshield in front of his eyes. Glass was everywhere as he tried to stop the car. Another car stopped and the driver helped move the heavy pole off Lloyd’s car. As they were moving the pole, they heard a big boom and turned to see an explosion. The light pole fell on Lloyd and he struggled to get up from underneath, wondering what had happened.

Police started to arrive on the scene and forced Lloyde to move. They urged the bystanders to leave the area in case there was another explosion. Lloyde was forced to abandon his car in the middle of the street to begin the long walk home. As he made his way on foot up Route 395, he met a man who had been working at the Pentagon. Walking side by side they found a dollar bill lying in the road. They picked it up, tore it in half, each signed one half and traded with each other. Parting ways each took half of a torn dollar with a stranger’s name on it. Lloyde still keeps this tangible reminder of his experience on 9/11.

Lloyde says the hardest part of his journey since 9/11 has been trying to survive without money. He realized once he got home the morning of September 11th that he would not be able to work without his car—it is his livelihood. He was without a vehicle for two months until he purchased a used car with the help of American Red Cross funds. They were the only people to come to his aid in the beginning until his daughter came across the Survivors’ Fund. With the help of his case manager and financial support from the Fund, he has been able to afford his monthly expenses, something he struggled with after 9/11. “I’m not accustomed to people helping me,” he says. “I’m amazed that there are people there just to do that.”

Lloyde tends to keep his feelings to himself. He is quiet, respectful and humble when speaking of his experiences. When asked if it helps him to talk about September 11th, he says, “I don’t know. There are things I’d like to forget.” The remnants of September 11, the reminders are all over for him but he concludes, “surviving hasn’t been easy, but it can be done.”

What follows is an excerpt from Operation Northwoods that specificly calls for dispersal of aircraft parts at the alleged scene of the attack…

• Parts are not charred/burned
• Fuselage piece placed on growing foliage meaning it was either photographed after falling from an explosion occuring in the sky or being dropped from a C-130 in the area or it was merely planted. Due to the lack of soil present, it does not appear to have been recovered from the hole where the remaining wreckage is alleged to have dissappeared.
• Regarding the fuselage/cabin/window section, NYTimes’ Jere Longman writes:

“…In the hours after the crash, Pennsylvania state troopers said they had seen no piece of the plane larger than a phone book. Later, an eight-by-seven foot section of the fuselage containing several windows would be found. It was about the size of a hood of a car…”

“…A piece of one engine, weighing a thousand pounds, landed more than a hundred yards from the crater, apparently jettisoned upward in a temendous arc…”

What the Hell Happened to MAXIM’s Charles Coxe?

Since MAXIM Magazine’s March 2006 issue hit the shelves, there has been a lot of debate over whether or not their feature story entitled “What Really Brought Down The Towers?” was positive exposure for the 9/11 truth movement.

Some argue that the movement suffered setbacks, due to the fact that the article addressed several marginal “theories”. Others say this is positive, since it brings more exposure to the movement.

While I personally agree with both sides, one of the questions we should be asking is:

What is MAXIM’s motive for publishing this article?

On August 24th, 2004 MAXIM’s senior editor Charles Coxe appeared on the Frank Whalen show on the RBN Network.

“Charles Coxe, is an executive editor for Maxim Magazine, www.maximonline.com Charles will take phone calls regarding suggestions for a forthcoming article on conspiracy FACTS.”

In Coxe’s August 2004 appearance, Frank Whalen states “…MAXIM has been fantastic, I have always been a fan…” and “…although it is a men’s magazine, you guys have done some fantastic reporting…”

This was rather intriguing, since I had always been under the impression that MAXIM was purely a skin magazine and that Frank focused on exposing truths that mainstream media obfuscated.

For those not familiar with Frank’s show, “Frankly Speaking Radio” airs 6-9 AM on RBN. Among topics discussed are 9/11, Oklahoma City Bombing, media manipulation and the current U.S administration.

Whalen’s broadcast does not appear to serve as a gatekeeper in any respect and, judging from his 2004 appearance, Coxe appears to share the same viewpoints as the host.

During Coxe’s appearance in August 2004, points of discussion included:

• LRADs (Long Range Acoustic Devices) being used for crowd control in New York City

• Frank explaining how Coxe intends to put him in touch with a survivor of the Moscow Theatre attack. Coxe goes on to explain that most of the killing was done by the Russian military, who used chemical weapons on the theatre. Frank points out that this has been featured in an issue of MAXIM.

While MAXIM’s March 2006 article refers to all 9/11 research as being based in theory, Coxe speaks on the topic with conviction and points out well documented events.

Does Coxe appear to be operating as a gatekeeper? Unfortunately, for those of us who presume he is not, Charles Coxe resigned as Executive Editor of MAXIM on November 4th, 2005. Roughly 3 months prior to the release of MAXIM’s 9/11 article.

Coxe’s co-executive editor James Heidenry, remains with the magazine.

This changing of the guard is reminiscent of the house cleaning that occurred at Popular Mechanics prior to their 9/11 whitewash, appointing Benjamin Chertoff as research editor.

Could the March 2006 article actually be a distorted revision of Charles Coxe’s original piece which was originally due out in early 2005?

If Charles Coxe remained Executive Editor during production of the 9/11 piece, would it have referred to each exhibit in the article as a “theory” and included references to shape-shifting reptilians? Would it have mentioned remote control planes without referencing Operation Northwoods?

In the hunt for correlating van explosions, wtc-attack-mural-vehicles and vanishing truck-bomb suspects we find that, in addition to the reported explosions at both trade towers, there are reports of many other explosions in lower Manhattan. (note: After reading Killtown’s exclusive interview with Ondrovic and rereading her WTC Task Force interview, I realized that erroneous explosions began earlier than I had originally thought. Thanks to Killtown for publishing his groundbreaking interview.)

9:53-10:03 A.M: EMT Patricia Ondrovic reported 2 to 3 cars exploding 25 to 35 minutes before the second tower “collapse”. Perhaps as early as 9:53 A.M..

“As I was running up Vesey, the first car blew up on me on the corner of Vessey and the West Side Highway. That set my turnout coat on fire, that set my hair on fire, and that set my feet on fire. I kept running. I got news for you, those turn out coats need to be called burn out coats, cause this thing caught up in flames. They cut two inches off my hair in less that two minutes, my coat was completely engulfed, and that was the only way I could see where I was running at that point, because I had a glow from my coat.”

“There’s hundreds of cops all running up there, and I ended up running through this park, and I couldn’t even see where I was running anymore. I kept running North.”

Q: “Through North Park?”

A: “I guess that’s North Park. It’s a big green, grassy area, and there’s nothing there. As I was running up here, two or three more cars exploded on me. They weren’t near any buildings at that point, they were just parked on the street.”

After reading the above statement I realized that Ondrovic ran through “North Cove”. If one looks at a map of the area and combines the information included in her interview with Killtown, this becomes fairly obvious:

Killtown: “Can you estimate how many vehicles blew up around you?”

Ondrovic: “At least three and some were on fire as I was running by. I was still on the south side of Vesey running west. The burning cars were between my ambulance and about the middle of the 6 World Trade where the lobby doors were at.”

“I remember parts flying off — I think I got hit with a car door. I remember they were also on fire, but I don’t specifically recall the movie type fireball, but there was a loud bang as the door flew off the one car I was running past.”

“I would venture to guess it was 20 minutes to a half our later, and the first thing I remember hearing was somebody saying the North Tower is leaning. Within five minutes of that statement, the second tower came down.”

One eyewitness reported “explosions going off everywhere” after the first “collapse”.

Teresa Veliz, worked in building 1:

Teresa Veliz was a manager for a software development firm. She was on the 47th floor of the North Tower when American 11 struck(1). Veliz was able to reach the ground level at about the same time that the South Tower collapsed. Flung to the ground in total darkness, Veliz and a colleague followed another person who happened to have a flashlight. As she narrated later: “The flashlight led us into Borders bookstore*, up an escalator, and out to Church Street(2). The explosions were going off everywhere. I was convinced that there were bombs planted all over the place and someone was sitting at a control panel pushing detonator buttons. I was afraid to go down Church Street towards Broadway, but I had to do it. I ended up on Vesey Street(3). There was another explosion. And another. I didn’t know which way to run.”

8:46 A.M.: Veliz is on the 47th floor of the WTC1 as AA11 strikes the building.(1)

9:59 A.M.: Veliz reaches ground level at about the same time that WTC2 “collapses”.(1)

10:?? A.M.: Veliz emerges from the Borders bookstore* located in WTC5 and hears explosions going off everywhere.(2)

10:?? A.M.: Veliz runs down Church Street towards Broadway and ends up on Vesey Street where she hears 2 more explosions.(3)

10:28 A.M.: WTC1 “collapses”.

What is not exactly clear is whether the explosions Veliz reported were the same explosions reportedly occurring at WTC1 moments before it’s “collapse” or if the explosions were separate incidents altogether. Veliz’s statements that “there were bombs planted all over the place” and “There was another explosion. And another. I didn’t know which way to run.” lead me to believe these explosions took place in multiple locations away from the Trade Center.

We also find explosions taking place in lower Manhattan after the second “collapse”.

10:38 A.M.: 10 minutes after the 2nd “collapse”
Pat Dawson, NBC NEWS reporter:

“…Now we are continuing to hear explosions uhhh, we are continuing to hear explosions here downtown, and what we’ve been told by some of the fire officials is there are some gas lines that occasionally are exploding uhhh down there, because obviously as you could imagine there are a lot of open gas lines down in the southern part of Manhattan where the World Trade Center towers used to be…”

In the following NBC News transcript we learn that bombs were going off as much as an hour after the 2nd “collapse”.

11:30 A.M.: 62 minutes after the 2nd “collapse”
Ashleigh Banfield, MSNBC Reporter:

Banfield: “We just heard one more explosion, that’s about the fifth one we’ve heard. Police are telling us they’re either car bombs or they’re simply cars that have overheated so much they are exploding.”

Officer: “We’re clearing the area for only emergency personnel, either law enforcement or medical”

Banfield: “Do you know anything about those extra explosions we have heard?”

Officer: “No, I do not”

Banfield: “Were they car bombs?”

In the above transcript, an NYPD police officer states: “We’re clearing the area for only emergency personnel, either law enforcement or medical”, however the transcripts released by the Port Authority reveal reports that the area was being cleared of everyone, including emergency vehicles. We also find more reports of explosions and gas leaks. I suspect the two are not related.

Notice there is never any mention of explosions resulting from the gas leaks, only that they are a threat and that everyone, including emergency vehicles, should evacuate the area.

The WTC Task Force interviews reveal numerous other reports of gas leaks, in which one FDNY firefigther refers to as “bullshit”. Key highlights are as follows:

“…There were reports coming over the radio that there was a secondary device in Stuyvesant High School, that there was major gas leak and to evacuate the area. An ambulance went by with broken windows and the back doors open. I Jumped in the back of that ambulance we ended up going by the Chelsea Piers. I really don’t remember if that was when the second one came down because to be honest with you it was so chaotic. I Just remember little bits and pieces of that day…”

In addition to the gas leaks reported above, it is well documented that shortly after 8.30 A.M., minutes before AA11 hit WTC1., one of the Naudet brothers responded to a call with Chief Joseph Pfeifer of an alleged gas leak at Church & Lispenard Street. This placed them in a perfect location to film the impact of AA11.

Suspects Arrested in Exploding-Mural-Van incident:

This brings us to one of the most interesting bits of information I’ve encountered in the area of research initially detailed in my piece entitled “10-5 the message about the remote controlled plane!“, and later confirmed to have taken place on 9/11 in my piece ““Remote Controlled Plane” transmission confirmed as having occurred on 9/11.(note: I am fully convinced this is also related to “Tan Ford Alpha Van at Holland Tunnel Exit“)

If you remember, this article includes an audio transmission and transcript which details two suspects arrested for detonating a van loaded with explosives in lower Manhattan. In addition, this van was reportedly painted with a mural of a remote controlled plane, loaded with explosives, diving into New York City.

Tan Ford Alpha Van License Plates Resemble a U.S. Government Registered Aircraft

An update to “10-5 the message about the remote controlled plane”

I received a lot of email regarding the potential existance of a paper trail related to the arrests of the two suspects in the exploding-mural-van event, located in an NYPD radio transmission from 9/11.

Although I’ve looked in to this question to no avail, this presented another question of whether or not there were additional paper trails associated with this compartment of the operation.

In my piece entitled “Tan Ford Alpha Van at Holland Tunnel Exit”, I dissect an NYPD transmission in which the following statement is made:

MALE C : (Inaudible) from the Holland Tunnel exit, a tan Ford alpha van . New York tags . delta (Inaudible), November 8970 . (N8970)

If you’ve read the piece you’ll know that I speculate that this is the same van that appeared at King St. between 6th and 7th avenue and allegedly exploded.

What’s interesting about this license plate number, less the delta, is what follows, N8970, which also represents a registered tail number for a government owned 1956 Corvair, fixed-wing, single engine aircraft. Perhaps, yet another paper trail.

An update to “10-5 the message about the remote controlled plane”

When I first published my initial “10-5″ piece, there was some question as to whether or not the transmission actually occurred on 9/11. I personally concluded that this in fact did take place on 9/11 while others were a bit skeptical.

Today I received an email from a researcher that located the “Remote Controlled Plane” transmission in it’s entirety.

What follows is a transcript of related transmissions which occurred prior to the audio segment which I first examined.

After inspecting this full audio transmission I’m concluding that the officer was not reporting an actual remote controlled plane, at least as far as this transmission is concerned. Since the RC Plane and the exploding mural truck are both reported to be located at King and 6th Avenue, it becomes clear that the officer is reporting that there is a van with a mural of a remote controlled plane diving into NYC, loaded with explosives.

It also becomes very clear that this transmission did indeed take place on 9/11. The question now is what happened to the two suspects that were arrested. What were they doing driving a van with a mural of a plane loaded with explosives? If the van did explode and the suspects arrested, why was this not reported in the media? Were these men backup patsys? Was the RC Plane/Mural Van operation part of a cover for physical remote controlled planes involved in the attacks on the WTC?

More Unsubstantiated MI6/CTA Claims

An update to Tommy “Two-Times” and the Alleged MI6/CTA Incident

Chicago “Judge-Buster” Sherman Skolnick has piled on more uncorroborated allegations regarding Tom Heneghan and Stew Webb’s MI6/CTA story.

On Wednesday, August 3rd Skolnick appeared on Rick Adams’ show on RBN and claimed that an associate of his was in a CTA station when four French Intelligence agents dressed in Chicago Police uniforms evacuated riders to ground level where CTA buses were deployed in advance. He added that riders were given “special transfers” which included the date and [expiration] time along with a “special code” and that he has one in his possession. (mp3 clip)

Skolnick boasts that this is documented evidence which proves this event occurred, however he never states what the date and time are on the transfer. This information is essential to either proving or disproving the allegations brought forth by Heneghan, Webb, Skolnick and Flocco.

Heneghan and Skolnick have already stated that the alleged foiled bombing occurred at 6:33 PM CST. (Heneghan clip / Skolnick clip) This information is conspicuously absent in more recent reports and totally contradicts the 4:52 PM Red Line rerouting reported by Chicago Police Department spokesman, Carlos Herrera. (8/6 update: this July 24th program has been removed from cloakanddagger.de)

I would be willing to bet that the transfer Skolnick is using to document his claim has an expiration stamp of approximately 6:52, 2 hours after the Red Line was rerouted. This would further prove that the “evidence” they offer to support their allegation is totally erroneous, since they claim the foiled bombing occurred at 6:33.

Skolnick further alleges that four British citizens dressed as subway mechanics were apprehended while attempting to plant explosives in eight subway cars and goes on to say that they are currently being held in the French Embassy in Washington, DC. (mp3 clip)

Note that Skolnick no longer refers to the suspects as British MI6 agents. He changed his story on this aspect as early as July 24th. (mp3 clip)

Questions for Heneghan, Webb, Skolnick and Flocco:

Which CTA station?

You claim the foiled bombing occurred in the Red Line station, are you sure you’re not referring to the Jackson Blue Line which is the station located below the Dirksen?

Tommy “Two-Times” and the Alleged MI6/CTA Incident

Last week Tom Heneghan and Stew Webb published an article which alleged that British MI6 agents attempted to bomb a Chicago subway.

“French Intelligence and The U.S. Marshals Service Monday night July 18, 2005 caught eight of Tony Blair’s British MI-6 Agents trying to bomb the Chicago Subway system. A shoot out killed 4 British Agents. Four were captured in the act of Terrorism and arrested. The British Agents part of Bush & Blair’s Al Quaida network were charged in Federal Court today with explosives. The British MI-6 Terrorist Cell Operated out of Laidlaw Corp in Chicago…” (full article)

Since this was based on information obtained by unnamed sources, I dismissed it for the time being.

Days later, Tom Flocco published an article entitled “Financial Terrorism Towers over 9.11” which included Webb and Heneghan’s information on the alleged MI6 incident.

“…And it’s not news that eight of Tony Blair’s British intelligence agents (four killed in a fire-fight) attempted to blow up the Chicago subway last week?…”

Flocco also appeared on the Jeff Rense show Friday, July 29th and added the following:

“…Where they were attempting to bomb, was the train station underneath the Dirksen Federal Building where the grand jury and Patrick, Fitzgerald were holding court. So they were attempting to basically blow up the grand jury and murder all these guys…”

Sherman Skolnick made the same speculation regarding the Dirksen Building on “Cloak & Dagger”:

“…eight cars were to be bombed, not coincidentally, right under the federal courthouse in Chicago, where special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has his offices and likewise where apparently the special federal grand jury was meeting in the Valerie Plame CIA leak case…”

Being a native resident of Chicago, I couldn’t help but try to make more sense of these allegations. First I checked for any corroborating evidence to substantiate these claims…

Was the Dirksen Federal Building an MI6 Target?

Notice the picture above. This is a Blue Line entrance adjacent to the Dirksen Federal building.

If there was an attempt to bomb the Dirksen it would have most likely been carried out at this station. On August 1st, 2005 a radio talk show caller (mp3 link) on Jack Blood’s “Deadline Live” drew the same conclusion.

However, in the following statement, Tom Flocco concludes the MI6 allegations are true, partially based on the assumption that the incident occurred at the same time the Red Line was rerouted to the El tracks…

“…I looked into it and I found there’s news reports saying that, yes they shut down the Chicago subway for 45 minutes, 50 minutes and late on the afternoon on Monday, they cleared it, they evacuated it. So there’s a partial confirmation that something happened and when I put that with the fact that I trust the guy that was telling me, then I believe it happened…” (source: see Flocco/Rense transcripts in bibliography)

The subway Flocco is referring to is the Red Line which was rerouted to the elevated tracks at approximately 4:52 PM. The alleged MI6 incident doesn’t occur until 6:33 PM, 1 hour and 41 minutes after the Red Line had been rerouted. If the Heneghan/Skolnick 6:33 PM allegations are correct, Flocco’s argument is flawed due to the error in time, therefore this is erroneous information. I emailed Flocco in order to better understand the discrepancy in time, Flocco replied by emailing me his latest article which contained more of the same information from the same unnamed sources.

Regardless of which line was involved, it’s interesting to note the Jackson Blue Line station is connected to the Jackson Red Line station via the Jackson transfer tunnel. Both lines run parallel in the Loop area.

BLUE V RED

Since the two stations are within close proximity of each other, we can conclude that the crime scene of the alleged bombing would have most likely included both Blue and Red Line CTA tubes as well as associated stations and walkways.

Let’s take a look at a timeline of events that might support the Webb/Heneghan allegations.

*1) 6:33 PM - Alleged MI6 Bomb Plot Foiled:

“…four would be bombers apprehended in the Chicago subway and everybody about 6:30 PM, Monday July 18th was cleared out of the subway…” (source: Sherman Skolnick)

“French intelligence, our great ally of 200 years, and the U.S. Marshall Service, where they at around 6:33 central standard time, able to make their way into the subway, stop the Red Line train, get the people off the train…disarm the British terrorists and grab three or four other British terrorists who are now incarcerated.” (source: Tom Heneghan)

Heneghan states that 3 or 4 suspects have been incarcerated. I was unable to locate any reports of arrests made in the area Dirksen Federal building following the alleged event. Either the arrests never happened or, to the best of my knowledge, went unreported.

Another possibility is that the alleged MI6 agents were able to flee the area. If this were so, which way did they go?

Red Line Escape Route?

I checked for any CPD arrests after 6:30. I found that at 6:49, 16 minutes after the alleged failed bombing, there was an arrest/s near the Roosevelt Red Line station, which is categorized as “Other Criminal offenses”. (source/source)

Let’s consider the Jackson to Roosevelt Red Line stops as a possible escape route. Would the would-be bombers have had enough time to ride the Red Line south to Roosevelt and be arrested at 6:49 PM? (source/source)

You might want to also consider the Green/Orange elevated lines as a potential escape route, however I will dismiss these lines for now due to the several additional minutes it would require to walk/run from the subway to the El platform.

Chicago Police or U.S. Marshals Service?

If this arrest is related to the alleged MI6/CTA incident, who made the arrest? Was it CPD or the U.S. Marshals Service?
I found that the U.S. Marshals and Chicago Police Department work in collaboration under the Great Lakes Regional Task Force. One can conclude this leaves open the possibility that CPD may have participated in the arrest, which means the arrest may have been included in the ICAM database. (source)

What about the Blue Line, which runs adjacent to the Dirksen Federal building?

Blue Line ran express from UIC to Clark & Lake

During rush-hour, running nonstop through the South Loop, the Blue Line avoided the Jackson station located below the Dirksen Federal building.

“…I normally take the Blue Line at UIC to Clark and Lake, then transfer to the Brown Line and take it to Fullerton on my commute. When I boarded the train after work, the conductor kept saying that there would be no transfers at any station until Clark and Lake. Weird. We got to Clark and Lake and it was a giant wall of people, cops and dogs, telling everyone to move above ground, and that anyone who needed to transfer to the Red Line can pick it up on the tracks above ground…”

Taking into account that the Red Line/Blue Line changes occurred at the beginning of Rush hour and Heneghan/Webb’s alleged MI6 incident happened at 6:33 PM, I must dismiss both Red Line and Blue Line reports as more erroneous data.

Conclusion as of August 2nd, 2005

Since this allegation was made on July 19th, I’ve spoken with scores of CPD officers, CTA employees and dozens of CTA riders, none of whom witnessed any arrests or officers with guns drawn. No reports of Ambulances with several dead/wounded MI6 gents. All of them tell the same story.

Shortly before 5:00 PM the Red Line was rerouted to the Brown Line El tracks . Each rider reported a delay of between 40 to 50 minutes. Northbound Blue Liners report an express which stops at the Thompson Center (Clark & Lake).

I haven’t spoken with anyone that recalls an incident in the South Loop at around 6:30. However a large percentage of downtown commuters had left the Loop by this time.

What do we have to substantiate the Heneghan et al claim? Not a whole lot.

Heneghan Confronted on his recent Bush/Cheney Indictment Allegation

Heneghan has recently made another uncorroborated allegation stating that George Walker Bush, Dick Cheney and other administration officials were recently named in a Federal indictment regarding the Patrick Fitzgerald Chicago Grand Jury.

Tom Heneghan, along with Tom Flocco and other “Cloak & Dagger” pundits discussed this in the early hours of August 2nd, 2005 (source mp3) (8/8 correction to the above, Heneghan not present on the 8/2 Cloak briefing, Heneghan was on truthradio…)

Later, on the same day, Heneghan appeared on truthradio.com’s “Floyd Report”. During the show he is confronted with allegations that dispute his claim. (source mp3)

Chicago - June/July 2005

Whether or not Heneghan’s allegations are based in fact is not the entire issue. When one looks what has been happening in Chicago since mid-June 2005, one could speculate on many possible related points.

Other considerations:

Heneghan et al claim that the motive was to “blow up the grand jury”. Would a grand jury convene beyond daily court hours?

Yes. I consulted with several Cook County attorneys that all agreed that, under certain circumstances in which the grand jury would be better served by remaining unmolested by the media or to protect them from general threats, grand jury meetings may be scheduled in a way to thwart such obstructions.

Wayne Madsen pointed this out:

“The CIA leak grand jury is sitting in Washington, DC. The grand jury is under the control of the U.S. District Court for DC. The grand jury meets in a highly secure court room at the E. Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in DC. The court that heard the Cooper-Miller appeal is the US Court of Appeals for DC. Judge Thomas Hogan of the US District Court for DC is not in Chicago. US District Court Chief Judge Norma Holloway Johnson, who was also involved in the Grand Jury, is not in Chicago. Judge Tatel of the Appeals Court who said the charges in the case are very serious, is not in Chicago. Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald is detailed from the US Attorney for Northern Illinois (Chicago) to the Justice Department. On the CIA leak case, he works at the Courts in DC, not in Chicago. Also, the prosecutor cannot constitutionally indict a sitting President or Vice President. That is handled by Congress through impeachment.”

However it’s not clear if Heneghan is alleging that an additional grand jury has convened in Chicago or if he is just mistaken.

Other others:

Tommy “Two-times”: a reference to a quote in the film “Good Fellas”. If you are familiar with Tom Heneghan, you will understand this is a playful jab at his style of repeating statements. e.g. “I’m gonna go get the papers, get the papers.”

The above article represents an honest attempt at gathering a better understanding of this alleged incident, it does not necessarily preclude that Tom Heneghan’s allegations are unfounded. However, Tom’s allegations are still uncorroborated as of this writing.

Skolnick: “…you can see how this fits in with what happened July 18th, an attempted bombing of 8 cars of the Chicago subway, which was stopped uhh, with the help of uhh a foreign intelligence agency, and uhh, the eight cars were to be bombed, not coincidentally, right under the federal courthouse in Chicago, where special prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has his offices and likewise where apparently the special federal grand jury was meeting in the Valerie Plame CIA leak case. The press in Chicago has, almost completely censored the thing. All they had on the radio was that there was a Chicago subway scare, when actually there were four would be bombers apprehended in the Chicago subway and everybody about 6:30 PM, Monday July 18th was cleared out of the subway and buses were already prepared to take the would be subway passengers away.

Heneghan: “Well, let me report, you’re right Sherman, and uhh, one of the reasons this is happening is because Tony Blair and his box of filth had along with Bush fraud, because of the scope of the expanding investigation of the Patrick Fitzgerald grand jury, had ordered that the uhh city of Chicago be attacked. And of course it’s convenient for them to attack the city of Chicago, since it’s basically a uhh Roman Catholic city with a Roman Catholic Irish mayor, attacked relentlessly by British-owned oil-soaked press, aka the Chicago Tribune”

Skolnick: “The Tribune yesterday, had falsely accused Fitzgerald, claiming that by hiring his chief assistant recently, he hired a friend of his. That’s a natural thing, I mean he hired somebody that he knew and trusted.”

Heneghan: “Well I’m warning the Chicago Tribune”

Skolnick: “But the Tribune, owned in great part by the British monarchy, keeps attacking Fitzgerald, trying to set up a religious friction and other situations in order to deter the grand jury’s inquiry that is focused on the people that you mentioned, Tom.”

Heneghan: “…we’re not going to allow the British intelligence service to stage an attack against the American people and the citizens of the city of Chicago, while you were prepared to do by leaking the subway map of Chicago in your oil-soaked British royal family controlled newspaper. Only because of the heroic activity of French intelligence, our great ally of 200 years, and the U.S. Marshall Service, where they at around 6:33 central standard time, able to make their way into the subway, stop the Red Line train, get the people off the train. We’ll just put it to you this way, disarm the British terrorists and grab three or four other British terrorists who are now incarcerated, is that correct Sherman?”

Tom Flocco on Rense Friday, July 29th, 2005

Flocco: “…well I don’t know all the details, but I have talked to an individual who spoke with French Intelligence and, and the uhhh, and the uhh, uhh, American intelligence people who put a stop to it. Ya know, I spoke to this guy, he spoke to them…”

Rense: “…ahh, that’s what I heard too, but I don’t know any more.”

Flocco “…on the phone, I talked to him personally on the phone ten minutes before the attempt, and he was involved, directly involved in putting a stop to an attempt and I didn’t understand the significance. Where they were attempting to bomb, was the train station underneath the Dirksen Federal Building where the grand jury and Patrick, uhhh Fitzgerald were holding court.”

Rense: “Huh.”

Flocco: “So they were attempting to basically blow up the grand jury and murder all these guys, you know, and and I said, he, ooh this is really, you know you hear guys sayin this and the guy that told me this, I really trust him. You talk about an articulate, fine, per[son] I mean this guy is really sharp, his articulate, he’s a total patriot he’s motivated, he’s the type of guy, the type of guy that should be holding some sort of office, the kind of guy we need, ya know, and uhh, and uhh, what we’re saying here without getting getting too deep into this thing is that ya know they’re telling me, and I’m hearing this and I’m thinkin to myself ‘why isn’t this news?’ This is really terrible. Ya know, well I looked into it and I found there’s news reports saying that, yes they shut down the Chicago subway for 45 minutes, 50 minutes and late on the afternoon on Monday, they cleared it, they evacuated it. So there’s a partial confirmation that something happened and when I put that with the fact that I trust the guy that was telling me, then I believe it happened…”

Messy rush hour caused by unattended package

“What a mess rush hour was last night on CTA rail lines.

An unattended package forced evacuation of a Red Line train at Roosevelt at about 4:45 pm. Passengers were herded off the train and then led to the elevated tracks in the Loop, where Red Line trains were sitting above ground taking on delayed passengers. And when the Red Line joins the Purple and Brown Line trains on the same track, you can bet on long delays. Some folks sat in trains at one spot for 30 minutes or so.”

The CTA was its usual reticent self. Though it did post this terse announcement on it Web site.

Drill Functions

What these drills represent will vary depending on the drill and which researcher you ask. Listed below are key functions.

*Dual track drillers: Attacks carried out by a compartment of the participating agencies. e.g. Vigilant Warrior

*Security stand-down: Drills that disable any security measures in place. e.g. Vigilant Guardian, Northern Denial

*Diversion: To draw attention away from the actual attack location.

*Convenience: These drills strategically place participants for clean up, rescue or administrative tasks. e.g. TriPOD II, Timely Alert/concrete barriers in place etc.

*Noise: Flooding the ether with “terror” chatter so NSA, NRO, or which ever agency monitors communications these days, becomes helpless.

*Window Dressing: Erroneous drills providing plausible deniability by creating the perception that drills are common place, harmless, and a good excuse for the locals to cover themselves in fake blood and guts.
