Although this drill did not function as operational cover for another event, there still may be a relation to 7/7.

The obvious question is, did a low percentage of MPs attend the excercise due to the fact that the 7/7 attack was carried out in synchronization with the Visor drills? Where they afraid of a repeat? Or is this percentage attendance consistent with turn out at previous drills?
